About the Owner
I am a 2025 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Exercise Sports Science. During college, I had the opportunity to work with and learn from coaches who have trained numerous Division I and professional athletes. During my time at La Crosse, I competed as a college baseball player and helped our team make the 2023 Division III Baseball World Series. Throughout my college career, I was named First Team All-Conference for three consecutive seasons, and in 2023, I earned recognition as both the WIAC Pitcher of the Year and the Regional Pitcher of the Year. I also spent my summers competing in the Northwoods League, one of the top collegiate summer leagues in the country. In 2023, I was selected to the Northwoods League All-Star Team. During that time, I had the privilege of competing alongside and against many Division I athletes, several of whom have gone on to play professionally. These experiences have shown me the value of consistency, smart programming, and attention to detail.
During my career, I’ve faced multiple injuries that include: broken bones, overuse as a pitcher, and setbacks in the weight room. Those experiences taught me the importance of recovery, injury prevention, and listening to your body. They shaped the way I coach today: with a focus on long-term progress, not quick fixes.
My goal as a coach is to help athletes unlock their full potential. Every program I build is designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and teach lifelong training habits.
