Hypertrophy Training

Our training focuses on developing fast-twitch muscle fibers and enhancing neuromuscular efficiency by training the nervous system to fire more rapidly. This targeted approach increases the athlete’s ability to produce force quickly, resulting in greater speed, explosiveness, and overall power output.

Speed and Agility Training

Following resistance training, small microtears naturally occur within the muscle fibers. During recovery, these microtears repair and strengthen, leading to muscle growth and improved performance. However, without proper recovery and mobility work, these microtears can grow too large, which significantly increases the risk of injury. That’s why we incorporate targeted mobility and recovery training to promote blood flow and nutrient delivery to the muscles—accelerating repair, reducing injury risk, and ensuring athletes perform at their peak.
